Join us for a one-hour guided ritual at Tuli Sauna & Plunge June 23rd at 5 or 6PM. Limited to just six guests per session, this intimate experience is provided by Flora & Sauna - a botanical sauna ritual guide that blends together seasonal plants, steam, breath, tea, body care, and sacred hospitality.
Your 60-Minute Ritual Includes:
Aufguss: Experience a traditional sauna ritual where botanicals and rhythmic airflow elevate both the heat and your senses.
Guided Breathwork: Support your nervous system through intentional breath awareness and gentle guidance during your sauna cycles.
Rehydrating Tea: To hydrate, nourish, and ground, enjoy warm, curated tea sourced locally from the land.
Sugar River Plunge: Complete the cycle with an optional cold plunge in the natural flow of the Sugar River.
Whether you are looking for a deep physical reset or a moment of mental clarity, this session offers a guided path through the elements of heat, steam, botanicals, and cold.
